Service Areas

We work across Shreveport and Bossier City and out into the towns around them. In Caddo Parish that means Blanchard and Greenwood on the edges of the metro, and the Caddo Lake towns of Mooringsport, Oil City and Vivian to the north. In Bossier Parish it means Benton, the parish seat, and Haughton, one of the fastest-growing towns in the area, plus Plain Dealing near the Arkansas line. To the east we reach Minden in Webster Parish, and to the south Stonewall and Mansfield in DeSoto Parish.

The housing changes as you drive out. Shreveport's older neighborhoods are mostly 1950s to 1970s houses, while Bossier City, Haughton and Blanchard added a lot of newer homes in the last two decades. The lake towns hold older, smaller houses near the water, and the rural parishes have more metal shops, barns and manufactured homes.
